Rodrigo Benatti is a multidisciplinary artist from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Rodrigo creates all kinds of art, from creative writing to films, from sketches to paintings. Today I want to focus on something else though: his photography. I love how you can see Rodrigo’s background in cinema in his photography, the images could easily be stills from a movie. I especially love the gritty, dark vibe his work has, a vibe often seen in thrillers or horror films from the seventies.
Next to photography Rodrigo is also an avid drawer. He is releasing a limited edition print this week called ‘The deep unconsciousness of every natural thing’ and it’s too beautiful not to share with you.
Thanks for reading! What do you think of Rodrigo’s work?
