Hyperreal drawings always fascinate me: it’s a true gift to be able to capture what your eyes see on paper. Daan Noppen, an artist from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, takes that gift even further: his hyperreal works are larger than life. Next to that Daan likes to add a parallel reality to his works by combining the natural, realistic form of the human body with geometry. I love the composition and lucidity of Daan’s work, and of course the fact that these giant works of art are amazingly detailed.
Thanks for reading! What do you think of Daan’s work?
