Pop surrealism with an edge: the works of Megan Hudson Buccere

Megan Hudson Buccere is an artist from Murfreesboro, Tennesee who currently lives and works in Louisiana. In her work Megan explores the line between beauty and fear, creating stunning pieces with an edge. In April last year Megan founded an (amazing) art collective, Copycat Violence Art Collective, with Brynn Elizaveth and Ellen Wilberg. The artist now comprises of 28 artists, among them Alex Garant, Dean McDowell, Jel Ena and Marjolein Caljouw whose work you’ve seen on Bleaq before.
