Boris Pelcer is an illustrator and artist from Bosnia, currently based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Inspired by the sublime and enigmatic facets of the human psyche and human condition Boris creates impeccable drawings with a digital finishing. Boris currently divides his time between working on personal project and creating pieces for renowned clients such as The New Yorker and Newsweek.
