One of my favourite things to do in primary school was spattering paint. When autumn arrived we went outside to collect the fallen leaves, put them on paper and spattered paint all over it. Super easy, super fun and a great result! It’s been quite a while since primary school though, and it’s been a lot of years since my last confrontation with spattering paint. Then I discovered Slava Triptih’s work on Behance which showed me a whole new level of paint spattering! The clouds of tiny paint drops cover the drawings with a ‘dirty grain’ which gives the pieces great character in return. Enjoy!

Wow. These are absolutely stunning illustrations. Personally, I always create mine with monochrome with splashes of colour, like above. Amazing!
