Ethereal Polaroid photos by Brandon C. Long

It’s too bad most of the time you see the familiar Polaroid photo shape it’s an icon on a website or smartphone and not one of those brilliant, dreamy candid snapshots. Fortunately there’s a revolution going on: Dutch initiative The Impossible Project is still creating Polaroid film-cassettes  and have a big group of followers still creating great work with these films. I’m very fond of going out with my Spectra camera, and love to scroll though The Impossible Project’s Flickr Group. One of my favourite Polaroid artists is Brandon C. Long, who has a whole Flickr stream filled with ethereal portraits and dystopian landscapes. Enjoy!
