Meredith Marsone is an artist living in Lyttelton, New Zealand. Meredith loves oil paint, and gives good use to that medium by exploring both classic and more contemporary, expressive styles in her portraits. The figures in her work move through a myriad of human experiences, and by mixing both realism and surrealism it’s up to the viewer how to interpret the journey Meredith’s models are going through. The muted color palettes and mystery add a dreamy vibe to Meredith’s work, one I absolutely adore.
