hernan-marin-intro
Hernan Marin is an artist rom Medellín, Colombia. Hernan has a delicate, realistic style of drawing, which he uses to create eerie charcoal drawings of men and nature. Hernan uses all sorts of materials for his charcoal drawings, ranging from glass and metal to cotton paper. The structure and appearance of the medium used gives character to his drawings, adding a cold or mysterious touch to his wonderful drawings.

A beautiful example of an even more special canvas can be seen in his series ‘Pared’, where Hernan drew his ghostly characters on the walls of a gallery. It’s almost like people are trapped in the walls, giving the whole room a creepy vibe.

You can find more of Hernan’s work on his website or Behance. Enjoy!
