Colette Saint Yves is an artist living and working in France. Colette uses a variety of techniques to translate her ideas into art, ranging from photography, to collage and film. In her photography she shows dark, often anonymous, portraits portraying vulnerability in haunting black and white. The mysterious vibe of her photography returns in her collage work. As a fanatic image collector Colette own tons of old photos, postcards and illustrated books which she uses to create new, eerie images.
